I am simply looking for national mortgage brokers/realtors to partner up with me as a direct referral source, or if preferred, as an independent agent. It's an opportunity to use our leverage to increase additional income in these challenging economic times we are living in.
You already have a book of business of home owners, so wouldn't it be great to be able to go back to them to offer an opportunity to pay off their 25 - 30 year mortgage in as little as 5 - 7 years or less without increasing their monthly payments or refinancing? It works by leveraging unique banking tools that make their money work smarter not harder.
Even better, this same strategy can also eliminate credit card debt, car loans, and student loans — all within that same 5–7 year window or less, saving a significant amount of interest payments.
Together, you and I can make your clients very happy and grateful with added future referrals! I am NOT here to overtake your clients. It's a mutually beneficial partnership I am looking for.
Prefer to work with your personal clients directly?
You will:
- Pre- qualify your Client.
- Follow up with each client you email by phone to determine if they qualify for the program.
- Complete intake and forward completed forms to our support team for review.
- Coordinate next steps based on qualification feedback, including scheduling Zoom presentations with the presentation team.
- Attend all Zoom calls with the client and presentation team. (mandatory).
- Ensure clients complete the disclaimer form, meet with the bank representative, and submit all required documents.
- Total commission ($1,300) to you. (No need to share)
